Robert Matanane    President & Chief Executive Officer Robert is a seasoned veteran of the Title Insurance Industry and is the original investor in CentRealTech.  Robert’s vision for a solution to the automation requirements within the Title Industry is the foundation of the Software as a System solution that has been created by CentRealTech.  Since joining the Company in early 2007, Robert has driven the development process to not only create a flexible and versatile product offering, but to also provide the excellent customer service and training that our clients have a right to expect and to enjoy.  Before founding CentRealTech, Robert was a Senior Vice President for Old Republic Title where he spent over 27 years in all facets of the industry
Dennis Evans    Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer Dennis is a seasoned veteran with over 30 years of executive and financial management experience with both public and private companies in a broad range of industries including software, hardware, internet and public accounting (Price Waterhouse).  Dennis is the former Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Computer Access Technology Corporation (CATZ) where he guided them through the completion of a successful Initial Public Offering.  Prior to joining CentRealTech, Dennis has held senior financial executive positions with other high tech software companies including Whisper Communications, Sherpa, Inc. and Space Applications.
Dave Hall    Vice President - Operations Dave has the most industry experience within the CentRealTech management team, with over 35 years in the Title Insurance Industry.  Dave is a veteran of a distinguished career with several major title companies – Safeco, Chicago, Founders, and Old Republic – where he learned the industry ropes from bottom to top.  Prior to joining CentRealTech, Dave spent nearly 20 years with Old Republic Title where he was the Senior Vice President – Chief Underwriter.  Dave has been an active member of ALTA and CLTA; serving as the Chairman of the CLTA Taxes, Bonds, and Assessment Subcommittee and as a member of their Forms and Practice Committee, and as a member of the ALTA Reinsurance Committee.
Alex Kachanov    Vice President - IT Director Alex is a seasoned IT executive with over 15 years experience in Information Technology and Project Management.  As IT Director, Alex is responsible for managing all functional areas of Technology for CentRealTech, Inc. including: IT Strategy and Infrastructure, VMware Virtualization Technology, Hardware, Software, LAN/WAN, Systems and Network Administration.  Client server and web development, Title Production and Processing software design and development.  Prior to joining CentRealTech, Alex spent over 9 years as the IT Project Manager for a Fortune 500 company in the Title Insurance Industry.
Michael Mendez    Vice President - Systems Architect Michael has substantial experience in the development and design of software systems for the real estate and title insurance industries.  Michael has overall responsibility for the systems architecture of CentRealTech’s One Click System.  Michael is well versed in client server and web development and has extensive experience in database design and administration.  Prior to joining CentRealTech, Michael spent over 9 years as the chief architect and project manager responsible for creating and maintaining an Enterprise System for Title Production and Processing for a Fortune 500 company in the Title Insurance Industry.
Mike Roy    Vice President - Sales & Marketing Mike is an experienced executive with over 30 years of Sales, Marketing and Business Development experience with companies ranging in size from early stage to Fortune 500.  Mike is a strategic and tactical executive with proven success driving the development, marketing and sales of leading-edge software, hardware and service technology products while building world class brands and integrated marketing strategies across leading industries through direct sales teams and channel partners.  Prior to joining CentRealTech, Mike has held senior executive positions with other high tech companies including Whisper Communications, Compaq, and Digital Equipment Company.
