3. Print tax report
4. Enter property information
5. Print property index
6. Enter party names
7. Print general name indices
8. Review property index to determine necessary documents
9. Review general name indices to determine necessary documents
10. Access document provider
11. Enter information to request desired documents from property index
12. Enter information to request desired documents from general name indices
13. Print requested documents
14. Print Assessor’s Plat
15. Assemble printed indices, reports, documents, and maps into a title transaction folder
16. Review assembled file
17. Develop write-up communication for typist
18. Generate and assemble preliminary report/commitment
19. Distribute copy of preliminary report/commitment
20. File the transaction folder pending closing
21. Retrieve and re-file the transaction folder to answer questions, and complete curative work to close, as necessary.
22. Retrieve transaction folder to close the transaction.

2. Enter Assessor’s information (APN, TMK, etc.)
3. Enter parties names
4. OneClick to submit
5. Wait for property index, general name indices, plat map, taxes (when available from the title plant), pertinent documents (typically most necessary for a residential loan transaction), and foundation preliminary report/commitment to be automatically returned to your desktop (typically less than two minutes per transaction.)
6. Complete the foundation preliminary report/commitment, which includes automatic hyperlink to referenced recorded documents.
7. Distribute copy of preliminary report/commitment
8. OneClick access to all information from file to answer questions and close the transaction.
