These personnel are not employed by CRT, nor are they full time employees of any title company. Rather, these individuals directly contract their services to multiple title companies, and use our system to accomplish agreed tasks. The CentRealTech Ultimate program can provide the following services and benefits on your behalf:
· The pool of certified experienced title individuals use data derived from your computerized title plant and document provider to generate preliminary reports/commitments, which should be ready for you to issue.
· They provide said preliminary reports/commitments using their hardware, and without requirement of their physical presence in your facility.
· Said preliminary reports/commitments will be returned for your review and issuance within one business day, unless notified within 3 hours.
· Preliminary reports/commitments will incorporate the full array of available benefits of the CRT technology system.
· CRT will provide an itemized invoice to the title company on behalf of each contract employee.
· CRT will collect their license fees for the use of its software directly from each contract employee.
Important Note
CRT will only certify title personnel for this program who they believe are sufficiently qualified. However, these individuals are not employees of CRT, but rather will be contract employees of the title company. The products they generate can only be issued by the duly licensed title company for whom they work, and CRT can not, and will not, assume any liability.
